Skuid Lead Conversion without Business Opp

Hello,
I would like to ask if it is possible to convert lead into Account without Business Opp using Skuid Action (create new row or similar) not using standard Salesforce conversion page?

I would be very grateful for your response.

In our CRM org we use the following url redirect code to send the user from a lead to the standard salesforce conversion process. 

/lead/leadconvert.jsp?retURL=%2F{{Id}}&id={{Id}}
