Picklist option with an Ampersand not displaying correctly

We have a picklist option that contains an ampersand.  Like this “Cheese & Crackers”.  On my skuid pages it’s appearing like this “Cheese & Crackers”.  I haven’t tried it in a field component but it definitely happens in the table component.  We are running Skuid 11.1.13.

This is fixed in 11.2.5 and higher versions of Skuid.
