Guest Users not able to load v2 pages only v1

Hi is there something additional we need to do for guest users (through sites, not community) to be able to see a v2 page?
My setup works perfectly for v1, but i tried to replace page by v2, and no matter what i try (even a blank skuid page with no model and just text) is not loading and seeing this error:

Sorry for the delay. We are all a bit groggy this morning from too much turkey.

My big guess here is that your guest user sharing rules do not include the newly created SKuid pages. See this doc. Skuid and the Salesforce Guest User — Skuid v16.2.8 Documentation
