Create a multi-object form in an Experience Site

Here’s a recording of a demo we put together for a Demo Jam competition, we wanted to highlight a few capabilities around requirements we encounter frequently, namely:

  1. Fields from multiple objects in a single form
  2. Conditional rendering (in this example, we are rendering a field based on a value from the parent object’s record)
  3. Custom branding/theming (with Dark Mode thrown in as a bonus:)
  4. Extra Credit: REST API integration with ChatGPT for a chatbot experience

This was built from scratch (including the data model) in about 3 days
