user is not able to download chart in lightning mode but able to download in classic mode.
Is this happening for just a specific user, or for all users? Also, what does the user experience when trying to download the chart in Lightning? Is there an error message on the page or in the browser console?

Rajesh, in the chart’s advanced properties, would you be able to change the Exporting option to Client-Side, and test to see if the export works for the affected user?
