I’ve added a search component to a page that is related to a model that is tied to an external object exposed via SF connect. You have to match the case of the text that you are searching which will be a challenge if users are not aware of the format of the data in the source system. Are there any options?

Rob - is this a SF limitation? The search component searching internal SF objects isn’t case sensitive, so we were wondering what the limitation was.
