When i have click lookup field show alert popup .
How to disable ?
I am sharing snapshot please verify about this. 
Every model on the page has this option to alert the user of an unsaved record change. Depending on the situation it’s sometimes best to have this enabled. Review each model to determine which to keep enabled.
