I have tried to override my salesforce home page following this tutorial: http://help.skuidify.com/m/supercharge-your-ui/l/117747-reclaim-the-salesforce-home-page However, I believe that I may have an issue here since I am using SF Professional Edition. I don’t therefore have User Profiles. I have created my Skuid page to be used, as well as the visualforce page and custom home page component per this tutorial. How can I get my page to override the SF home?
Hi Anthony, the overrides should work without profiles. Since you’ve already created your Home Page Component, you should be able to create a Home Page Layout, right?
I’m browsing through the Salesforce Help and it looks like in PE all users view the same page layout, but I think you are able to customize this (especially since you were able to create a home page component, there should be a way to incorporate this in your home page layout and deploy it
