After building a custom header on a page, if you uncheck the “custom header” parameter in the page’s layout options, the header will be completely removed. Checking the box again will bring up an empty header.
I didn’t check the XML, but I’m assuming it gets destroyed when the parameter is unchecked? Skuid keeps a lot of XML when we turn off parameters, so the definition is still there if we turn them back on. Perhaps this is a place where that behavior would be desirable?
Not sure if that’s possible.
I think this is where Versions becomes the better option. Roll back to the last version and your header comes back.
But we are talking about undo/redo…
undo/redo!!!
