I’m actually working on one right now and will post screen shots when I’m finished.
We created a calldown page for Cases. We use cases to manage our inbound leads/contacts and assign a status of “New” to a case that has not been followed up on, and “Open” for cases that a rep has at least made an attempt at following up with. I’ll post a screen shot of what our lead management dashboard looks like.
Those are great screens Gary. I’m sure it makes the process of working through a case backlog quite the breeze for your users…

Ok, so now I need to figure out how to build something similar for Campaigns (not cases) and and for “Call Tasks” for the user that have not been losed. Has anyone already done that? (fingers crossed)
