Verify that you have the permission set called ‘Skuid Page Builder’ applied to your login.

Actually Sunitha -  somehow you have the skuid module selected for this page.  WE don’t let you build pages in the Skuid module (cuz its where all the skuid app pages are…) Choose another module in your pages table and you should be good to go.
