Access Issues with Standard Object -- Cannot integrate with force.com website

I have followed below articles for Public page.

Conclusion:

1) I can make visual force page public but cannot make skuid page public.

In above example 1 is working for public site but example 2 is asking me for login.

The issue seems to related to permission for Account Object. (Same issue with Product Object).

2) I cannot assign read permission as per step 4 (E).

Added screen shot check it. As noted in following screenshot both account and product object have no access and hence I cannot change it to read access.

Unmesh, you are attempting to make changes to a Skuid permission set - which is managed and you won’t be able to change. You should be going to the Site Details page and selecting the “Public Access Settings” button.
