How can enter the viewport syntax into the <head> section of a squid page?

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>

You can put all components in a wrapper. Wrappers can be set to viewport width and height declaratively in Skuid.

All components go in a single wrapper. The wrapper becomes like the "background" of the page including height and width settings, background color/image, page padding and borders, etc...
