Every so often when we try to enter a date and save the page on the account page, the date overrides with today's date.  There is no way, we can get the actual date entered.

Is this a know problem?

Can you give us a little more detail? Maybe a screenshot?  And what version of the Skuid package are you running?

Our date control (JQuery UI date control)  is set up so that when it is opened the highlighted field is today's date,  but that value is not written to the page until a user makes a selection, and not written to the database until the user selects a Save button.  Also, the user should always be able to type in a different date.  You can customize the date control behavior by creating a custom renderer,  but I don't think you should have to do that in this case.

We are concerned that this get corrected.  If it is a bug,  we'd like to dig into it as soon as possible.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the reply.  It strangely only seems to happen on certain accounts.  We are running the very latest version - 5.10

It's difficult to show a screenshot.  I can grant you login access if you like?

Login rights would be great.  Give Login rights to Skuid support and then send us an email at Support@skuidify.com with your org id and the details of where this is happening.

Hi Chris,

I looked in your org and it seems like you might have a Workflow Rule that is setting this field back to today's date after Skuid tries to update it.
