1. Changed lookup fields acquire a cloned id.
2. Text field that has data says it doesn't have data.
3. Related cloned records don't save to cloned parent record.

Also, this must be a regression since 9.1 or 9.2 as I've used cloning on one of those.

I have been able to reproduce the problem you are experiencing and have notified the developers of this issue. I will update this post when a future release addressing this bug is available. Thanks for alerting us of this bug and helping make Skuid better!

Stephen - we use cloning frequently and this has put us at a standstill. Is it possible to get someone from Skuid on the line to discuss possible workarounds?

Theme switching fixed the issue so long as you don't end up on Classic Theme. :/

Are you saying that some themes work and some don't?  We have this problem also and use a custom theme.

After switching back and forth between themes, all but classic was working. :/

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Can't clone, "Invalid reference Id".

Since the update to 9.3 my clone pages do not work

I have products per country, in the page I only have one model, the product model

The country is filled from the original product

If you try to save

If I open the country selector and select the country and save again It returns Invalid reference Id

It seems to be trying to clone the Country__c object...

This issue has been resolved in the Brooklyn Iteration 2 release and is now available from the Skuid Releases page at http://www.skuid.com/skuidreleases. As a reminder, Salesforce does not allow reverting back to prior versions of managed packages. Skuid always recommends installing new versions in a non-business critical sandbox environment to test all mission critical functionality before installing into a production environment. We also recommend that you update out of date themes when you upgrade.
