Hi Brian! Welcome to the Skuid community I’m sorry to see that your post remained unanswered for a while. I was wondering if you found a solution for your question in the meantime. If not, please respond to the following:

Which Skuid version is installed?
If Spark, is it a V1 or V2 page?
Have you tried a custom field renderer? More information here: https://docs.skuid.com/latest/en/skuid/fields/field-renderers.html#you-can-also-choose-a-custom-field-renderer

If you still need assistance, please make sure that you use the latest version of Skuid in Sandbox for your testing (https://www.skuid.com/releases/salesforce/) and create a simple Skuid page with UI-only models or standard Salesforce objects & fields, so that you can post the page XML in your next response.

As a reminder, Salesforce does NOT allow reverting back to prior versions of managed packages. Skuid always recommends installing new versions in a non-business critical sandbox environment to test all mission critical functionality before installing into a production environment. We also recommend that you update out of date themes after you upgraded.
