V2 Lookup Weird Behavior

I’ve been loving working with V2 Lately, but I’m getting some very weird and annoying behavior when working with look-ups: See recording below:

Running 12.1.6.

Also, is there no longer a Render as Picklist option for look-up fields anymore?

That is some strange behavior. I will work on getting this reproduced and will log a ticket with our dev team. I will check back here if I need any additional information to reproduce.
