Iphone formatting not working

I have a screen that looks good on my iphone.

When I refresh it looks like this.

If I refresh again it is good again.

Any ideas why?

If you refresh the second time does it work or fail? Your picture indicates it fails again but your text indicates refreshing again makes it work.

I works…  Every other time it fails. That is in chrome on my iphone

 safari t works fine.

How are you bringing in the pictures onto the page?

Yes I am bringing in pictures.
