Replicate Table Row Action "Edit Record" As Single Action In "Run Multiple Actions"

Wanting to use “Run Multiple Actions” option on table row action in order to add additional rendering options to standard “Edit Record” option. Is there anyway to mirror table row “Edit Record” as step in “Run Multiple Actions”.

I think your only option is to write a snippet that will find each field in the row and change its mode to ‘edit’.  Depending upon your use case, a model action may be an option for you.  What are you trying to do?
