Add Conditional Rendering to Table Views

Row Actions have it, Global Actions have it, Mass Actions have it but views must have drawn the short straw.

Would like to see conditional rendering added to Table views.

I’ll change this to an idea under consideration and send it to the devs to think about for a future release.
